Your documents.
Your control.
The tools process your entries and attachments in the open browser tab. They are not uploaded to a server, saved in browser storage, or sent to an AI model, with the one exception described below for paid packets. There are no customer accounts or advertising trackers. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow it and only if a measurement ID is connected. It receives public page paths and general usage events, never workspace entries, locations, file names or files. Only your analytics choice is stored in browser storage.
What reaches our server
Product-link import. When you click Find dimension candidates, the product URL you entered is sent to our server, which requests that public page from a supported retailer and returns dimension candidates. Do not enter private, signed, or account links. Repeated requests from the same connection are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
Paid packets. When paid downloads are open, building a packet sends the text of your report to our server after you agree: names, addresses, entries, captions and file names you typed. The server uses it to generate the formatted report and returns it. We do not store it. Original files and photos never leave your device. They are combined with the report in your browser.
Payments
Payment is handled by Stripe on its own page. We never see or store card details. We keep a purchase record: Stripe's checkout session ID, product, amount, status and timestamps. We use it to confirm your access and to apply refunds. Stripe collects your email for the receipt and handles it under its own privacy policy. Your recovery link contains your checkout session ID, so keep it private.
What is saved?
Nothing from your workspace is saved automatically. Closing or refreshing the tab clears entries and attachments. A downloaded packet or backup stays wherever your browser saves files. Backups contain the personal information you typed, but no original attachments.
What is in a packet?
The ZIP contains a summary, checklist or index, a draft message, and the originals you attached. Documents are not redacted or verified. Review them before sharing, and avoid attaching Social Security numbers or complete banking details.
Photo location data
Phone photos often contain EXIF metadata such as GPS location and the camera's clock time. MoveOutProof reads this metadata only inside your browser to warn you when location data is present. Originals are exported unchanged, so the metadata stays in them. Remove it with your phone or computer's sharing options if you do not want to share it.
Hosting and access
Hosting infrastructure may process normal connection and access logs, including your IP address and the pages requested. We do not write report text to logs.
What the tools do
They organize information you supply. Your landlord decides rental requirements and approval. Your building decides move authorization. Your mover or retailer decides whether a delivery is possible. Insurance documents must be issued or amended by the appropriate insurance provider.
