Simple refunds,
in plain terms.
The beta is free and checkout is closed, so there is nothing to refund. The policy that will apply once paid downloads open is published here before any charge is taken.
Ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, and we refund the full price to your original payment method. Email the support address below with the email you used at checkout and the time of purchase.
If you were charged twice, or a packet cannot be generated or downloaded and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full at any time during your access period.
When a refund is issued, or a payment is disputed with your bank, download access for that purchase turns off. Partial goodwill refunds do not turn it off. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
Refunds are issued through Stripe. Your bank sets how long the money takes to appear.
